Kickstarter is a reputable crowdfunding platform that allows businesses to raise funds for various projects, including products, films, art, technology, and more. It operates by allowing individuals or companies to present their projects to the public and invite backers to pledge money to support their ideas. In return, backers typically receive rewards, such as early access to the product, exclusive content, or other incentives. Projects must reach their funding goal within a set timeframe, or no money is collected. Kickstarter is popular for launching new products and gaining initial customer interest.

1. Find our Project: Visit the Kickstarter website or app, search for the Doorlivery Bag.

2. Choose a Reward Tier: Most projects offer different reward tiers based on the amount you pledge. Select the tier that includes the product you want to pre-order.

3. Pledge the Amount: Once you choose your reward tier, click the “Back this project” or “Pledge” button and enter the amount associated with that tier. You can also add a higher amount if you’d like to support the project further.

4. Provide Payment Information: You’ll need to enter your payment details. Note that you won’t be charged unless the project meets its funding goal by the campaign’s end.

5. Wait for Campaign Success: If our project meets or exceeds our funding goal, your payment will be processed at the end of the campaign. You’ll receive confirmation from Kickstarter.

6. Track Delivery: After the project is successfully funded, we will provide updates on production and delivery. You’ll receive your pre-ordered product around Jan 2025. a project, and the final delivery timeline may vary depending on production and other factors.

Current model is ideal for the standard front door size of 80 inches tall by 36 inches wide.

The Doorlivery Bag is crafted from Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), a cut-proof and weatherproof material with strength comparable to Kevlar. Its vertical straps are reinforced with 1.2mm steel wire for added security.

1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, all sales are final.

2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any signs of wear or damage will result in the return being denied.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

4. Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, gift cards, and any items marked as “final sale” are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.

6. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, unless the item is defective or damaged.

7. Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable fees.

The Doorlivery Bag is 61 inches tall and 29 inches wide. With the delivery opening being able to stretch up to 12 inches off of the door.

The Doorlivery Bag is ideal for small to medium packages, with a maximum capacity for items up to L 55in x W 25 in x H 11 in.

Carrier usage is one of the biggest challenges for the Doorlivery Bag. While the bag includes clear signage for carriers, we recommend that customers include specific delivery instructions with each order and contact the delivery service if those aren’t followed. Although it will take time for carriers to adjust, using the bag requires minimal effort on their part.

Currently, Doorlivery Bag only comes in the standard gray and black color. 

Future SKUs will be added down the road with more variety in colors.
